Arnica is a homeopathic herb used to treat aches, pains, and bruises. An herb in the sunflower family, arnica has been thought to contain anti-inflammatory compounds. Arnica is used to relieve muscle and joint pain. The anti-inflammatory ingredient in arnica is called helenalin. Helenalin is known to help aid in the healing of bruising, pain, muscle soreness & aching joints.  

 Willow bark comes from several varieties of willow tree, including white (Salix alba or European), black (Salix nigra or pussy), crack, and purple willow.

Indian Rhubarb is believed to treat infections and boost the immune system.

Sheep Sorrel is said to reduce inflammation.

Slippery Elm is believed to reduce inflammation.
